REFUND POLICY

No Refunds/ Only Exchanges

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days pass since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange. No refunds.

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.


Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Item must be shipped to 8360 Matilija Ave Panorama City CA 91402 on customers expense, unless it was a mistake on our behalf. 
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will notify you if the item was eligible for an exchange.
If approved, then your exchange will be processed and shipped out accordingly to the shipping policy . 

Late or missing exchange (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received an exchange yet, check your tracking info. Please make sure you contact your local post office for any misplacing on their behalf before contacting us. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your exchange yet, please contact us at caliprintz1@gmail.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be  
exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Photo must be taken and sent via email for proof to be exchanged only for the same item. Please send an email to caliprintz1@gmail.com and send item to: 8360 Matilija ave, Panorama CA 91402, United States. 


Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8360 Matilija ave, Panorama CA 91402, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if its not damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
